Grooming Sponge

A large, light sponge for bath time: it holds plenty of water and shampoo, rinses clean and wipes sensitive areas gently.

How to use it

Sponge on, rinse off.

Lukewarm water

Soak the sponge and wet the coat, working from the neck back.

Work in shampoo

Sponge shampoo or conditioner into the coat.

Rinse thoroughly

Rinse until the water runs clear — leftover soap irritates the skin.

Gentle on the face

Wipe around the eyes and nostrils gently, ideally with a separate sponge for the face.

Rinse it out

Rinse all soap out of the sponge after each bath.
Squeeze, don’t wring

Press the water out instead of twisting it.
Air-dry

Let it dry completely before you put it away.
Replace when worn

A sponge is a consumable — replace it when it starts to tear.
